Welcome aboard Joel.  Hope you are feeling better soon.

My sixth sense tells me that a seventh son of a seventh son lurking somewhere close by but not RRHS63 is a half witted, half baked, half assed, one way,  single minded, one track minded, double dealing, double crossing, two faced, two timing, four flusher, but I could be wrong in six ways to Sunday.

Crayola World

I don't necessarily need to look through my prescription set of rose colored glasses to see the silver linning in every black cloud or to think that I am following a yellow brick road with a golden parachute on my back.

And I am grateful not to feel green with envy or jealousy, sadly blue, angry and red faced, frightened and white faced or like a coward with a yellow steak down my back.

I have fond memories of maroon and white, fight fight, maize and blue, go blue and even olive drab although I am lucky not to get a purple heart or a touch of orange.

Thank God I was born in the red, white and blue.

Rock and roll will never die, but have you seen Mick Jager, Paul McCartney or Bob Dylan lately?  There are better looking corpses in the graveyard.

By the way, Second son Robert Dylan Thomas, M.D. was named after Bob Dylan and Dylan Thomas.  He still looks pretty good.

Geometric World

Aged like fine wine to a high degree of sagacity I now realize that love Triangles can create Acute emotional distress and we shouldn't be so Obtuse in our Point of view but instead we should look at it from all Angles and in the end do the Right thing.

John,

Sometimes you can be a pain in the rhomboid and a real quadrilateral.  Why can't you just be a parallelogram?  Your hyperbole is truly parabolic and if we took the second derivitive we would probably get two inflection points and it would undoutedly be impossible to integrate.  Your arguments are circular, your thinking is one dimentional and besides it is completely tangential to the point.   So, look at all the angles, try for equilateralism and join the circle of friends.

Thom's Retirement Rap

Living the dream, drinking the cream,

On the team, walking the beam,

Swimming downsteam, finding the seam,

Feeling no tension, gotta fat pension,

What an invention, can't even mention,

Life be good, like it should,

Still got wood, there it stood,

Cruising the Caribbe, oh what a feed,

No need for speed, when cruising the Caribbe.

Sold some smack, sacked some crack,

Gotta go back, Ho's at shack,

Capped a cop, heard a pop,

Watched cop drop, looks like Wop,

Punch the Ho, she's on the floor,

Don't asks for more, you dirty ho,

Found bitch stash, Thom gotta dash,

Wants a hit, lit some shit,

Smoked a bit, I be fit

Mobsters

I'm on the way over to Shotgun Randy's house to pick up the get-away car, and then after getting Switchblade Soros, Ellen the Assassin, Bruce the Bomber and Junkyard John, we will head over to the 63 club and get the word from Gilbs the Godfather about the next caper and potential warfare with the Westlake Wiggers.  But after getting into the garage through the secret entrance I notice that the 57 Chevy is not ready for action.  Randy was supposed to clean it up after the last bank heist, but I can still see the bullet holes and blood splatters.  Luckily the blood splatters are not easy to see on the cherry red metallic finish.  I open the passenger door and not only do spent bullet cartridges fall out but I can see the safety deposit boxes from the last bank job sitting in the back seat!!  Just then Randy pops in and says, "Sorry Trigger Man Thom but I haven't had time to clean the car because I've been too busy burying bodies in the backyard."  "Then what are these two bodies doing in the trunk", I said as I stood looking at two headless corpses wearing guard uniforms in the trunk.  "We.ll just drop them out the trap door on 90 on the way in to the 63 club", roared the Shotgun man.

After we threw the bank boxes in the corner, swept out the brass shells and washed most of the blood off the car, we opened the secret underground garage door and took off.  We picked up Switchblade and the Assassin and told them to ride in the front with me.  Those babes may look cute, but they both carry blades and are very good in a close fight.  I've seen them cut a man to pieces before he could draw his gun.  Shotgun, the Bomber, Junkyard and Al Two Gun Greene were in the back.  They activated the trap door as we passed under a bridge on 90 and the bodies dropped out.  As we looked back a car almost hit the bodies but swerved and then caught up with us.  It was Machine Gun T. Kelly, Evergreen and Barb and Linda the twin Gunslingers.  "Hey, you clowns should be careful where you throw your left-overs!!", howled the Machinegun Man.  He was crazy but he could pump out a lot of lead in a hurry and could get into some tight spaces.  The Gunslinger twins were taking pot shots at the signs along the freeway and by now we were traveling 100 mph side by side.  Just then we saw the flashing lights and heard the siren.

To be continued

If you guys didn't see it on the home page, take note:  Ellen Aspinwall (Templar), our own Forum Vixen, is going to be HERE IN TOWN in early August!  One request Ellen made is to have a get-together for a beer and a burger at Herb's Tavern (maybe on the new patio!) on Thursday, August 5.  For the locals, let's use this as an excuse to get together!  More details will be announced as they are available.
