Our friends were coming over after the game for dinner and drinks....that never happened. They got caught in the downpour at OSU as well. They called and were drenched and said they were so miserable they were going back to Medina! We totally got that. Sorry John you got stuck as well. Hope you feel better.

The previous background picture is at the mouth of the Rocky River. The new one for fall reminded me of the Ohio forests of our youth! Now if it just wasn't 85 degrees all the time.....

Hey there! It was fun seeing classmates at the Beachcliff Tavern on Friday night. But not enough of you! Wish more could have made it. Appreciate the effort to organize these events. Maybe the next one can bring out more non-locals. Ellen will be posting photos so you can see what you missed by not being there! It was great that Martha, Mimi and Janet joined the group.

Ed and I also took in some Cleveland sightseeing. Lots of growth and many changes since the 60's! Impressive.

Like Sue said here, it was great fun Friday night at the Tavern in RR. So good to have Sue & Ed and our ever fun-loving Bruce in town to rally around and whoop it up a bit. My son, second from left, had the great opportunity some years back to meet Arnold Palmer. He certainly was a legend, and Derron was happy to call him "The King." Certainly had his fans in mind at all times. A "class act" to say the least. He will be greatly missed.

Sally and I had soooo much fun, laughing with you all and just having a great time. Twice we were admonished by those people above us....but it was silent admonishment! The silent "stand up and stare at you" admonishment. Why they didn't move is beyond me as the restaurant was empty! Don't get that. Leave for Fla. the 25th, but return for the month of Dec. These minis are so fun....at least for me! And you Nancy! And Ellen....and well everyone!
