I think I'm going to start wearing a hat too.  Maybe I'll look younger as well!! Such a cute photo. How did I miss your birthday, Nancy?  Did I siesta thru your fiesta somehow???? That is so not like me, but Happy Belated Birthday.  Can we maybe get together on a Sat. between Christmas & New Year's or something? Mini reunion.  Someone needs to come into town again.  L.

Randy, knowing you men, it would probably be a woman on that deserted island.  I would have food to survive!  We know what drives a man's survival!  I hope you all have a Great Holiday Season. My typing is difficult because If was peeling potatoes & the peeler went right down the side of my finger like a razo blade & very deep. Stitches weren't an option because it was gouged. Seriously bled in huge droplets any time I tried to wrap it for about 5 hrs.  John Dawson said he doesn't ever want to taste my potato salad!  Haa.  Too bad because i make great potato salad.  Blood might add an interesting taste....hmmmmm. I just cannot type now very well as the huge bandaid gets in the way!  My goodness, it's awful to get older & do stupid things! My neighbor said she fell at the beach this summer & nothing was even in the sand that caused her to fall!

Sorry about your finger, You should have put a butterfly on it.

The correct answer is not women or food. Remember you have all the natural resources known to man on the island.

You can delete your second post at the top right of the message.

You have double posted in the past are you getting older also. Check the pictures on your profile. Missed you last night, so we talked about Fred and you. What happens at Herbs stays at Herbs. We could tell you, but we would have to kill you.

Two cents for the day: Everyone talks about going to heaven, but nobody wants to die.

Tell Fred I stay at the Harley Hotels when I travel. Cheap rooms don't get it for me. I do love to hear engines run though.

Ask him about the Harley Hotels.

Thanking God for his goodness and grace in putting his arms around Holly. May she continue a healthy and strong recovery and be able to return home soon. Thankyou God for the donors gift of life for Holly. Comfort to that family.

Thankyou for all the prayers regarding my wife. She still goes to the Gym two or three times a week and is still working full shifts as an RN @ Chandler Regional Hospital. She is going to see another Oncologist today for another opinion regarding her present treatment. Pray that I am everything I need to be as a husband to care for her through this ordeal. She is a great Lady....

I had a nice visit with Guy Cartwright and his wife Debbie the other day at Guy's house which is about a half hour from me. He and his wife are driving back to Ohio leaving this Friday morning and will be there for awhile. He is bringing some of my ARIZONA BACKWOODS BARBEQUE SAUCE back with him. If he runs outa gas...he can just pour a bottle of that stuff in the tank to get all the way to Cleveland!   We are going to get together when they get back.

MERRY CHRISTMAS !!! AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL !!!             I LOVE YOU GUY'S !!!

Bruce and Holly

Glad to hear things are going better. A little faith goes a long way.

More questions

How  important does a person have to be before they are considered  assassinated instead of just murdered?

Why do you have  to 'put your two cents in'... but it's only a 'penny for your  thoughts'?  Where's that extra penny going to?

Once you're in  heaven, do you get stuck wearing the clothes you were buried in for  eternity?

Why does a round pizza come in a square  box?

Can you cry under water

i'm so happy for holly and her family, what a nice xmas gift for them, our prayers have been answered for her and phyllis and for helping marsha also.also in my prayers our for the family that gave the heart to holly, what a wonderful, unselfish act  they havedone-god bless them, this must be so hard to do,yet rewarding to know that this person  lives on through holly.what a  miracle it is.i do believe sickness bring people together who you would not of thought possible before, thanl  goodness to all the rrhs friends who prayed for them. phy is on her way and after the first of the year she plans on retiring-good for her. marsha we have to work on alittle more-but i'm sure will beat this also. we our so lucky like john says, to reconect with these mini reuinions,if anyone would have told me that i would be so involved in this, i would have said "no way", but i love seeing my rrhs schoolmates, and to remember what we did good or bad.

i hope guy gets in contact with us, i would love to see him. nancy

Randy,

Your questions were so good that they caused quite a meltdown at my latest Mensa meeting.  The brothers were  still arguing and throwing furniture around when I left,  The fight was about what happened to the left over penny .

The correct response to the deserted island question is

The Worlds Greatest Ship Builder.

I'm leaving the rest up to you guys because you have more time than I do. Besides I just ask I'm not real good at answering questions.

John,

You shouldn't be so modest.  Randy said that you were the pocket pool SWC champion.

Randall Smith

I believe John Steffien was the pool player. I played him once and learned a lot. That means he wooped my butt.

While we were getting our brains bashed in sports, Randy was taking all the pretty girls out in his cool cars.  Whose the real Mensa afterall?`

Dear Santa

What I want for Christmas.
I want people who are sick with no cure to be able to be cured. I want children with no families, to be adopted, I want people to never have to worry about food and shelter & heat. I want the terrorist to go away.

Ellen Aspinwall (Templar)

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all my classmates and to those who serve, past and present:

forever in our hearts, forever grateful to you....

Alan Greenleaf

Really nice thought, Ellen!

For Christmas, I want politicians to stop stuffing important bills inside of humongous, never-got-read bills like Healthcare Reform, and Financial reform so that things like "send 1099 forms to every $600 vendor" are actually discussed and voted upon!

Al

Your asking crooks to do things right and know what there doing!!!!! Think about what your lawyer tells you when you sign a document. Read it, you know they read everything before signing it. YA RIGHT

You want a awfully lot for Christmas.

 Just saying

merry christmas to all my rrhs63 classmates-i hope everyone of the things randy said comes true, usa has to help people here, before they help out of the country people.there's alot of people who need help. pray for our soldiers who help us live here like human beings.we really are very lucky=look at phyllis and holly-how good they are doing,i know our prayers have helped them.we truly are a great class, and were lucky we were a part of it. can't wait for our next "mini" reunion-hope to see some more new faces there when we have it.

Nancy,

Closing Beardens is a serious matter.  Can we at least save the train?  Randy could set it up at his house and we could all go to visit it.

Merry Christmas to all.

Ellen Aspinwall (Templar)

Great idea, Fred.....let's turn Randy's house into Bearden's so when we visit the train we can have Beardenburgers and fries!
