Nancy and I were always pals. When we were both home from college, neither with a "real" date, we would go out together. No romance, but a very enduring friendship. She was a great girl, and I'm sorry she won't be at the 50th.

Nancy and I left RRHS to become sorority sisters and roomates at Ohio State where we had many great times together. I was fortunate to see her every few years until her death. She was a kind and loyal friend.

My best friend, God mother to my first born son, room mates in College. A true wonderful friend, who I had the sincere privilege of knowing. She loved the spirit of the American Indian and pursued it in many facets of her life. I was amazed, but in awe of her moving to New Mexico, knowing only an aquaintance. She packed up her little car and away she went!

She loved it there ! I was able to visit with her before she found out she had cancer. She was truely happy! Even dug her own little patio pond with a fountain. Then she found out she had cancer. I was able to be with her twice before she passed away.

A free spirit in many ways, who in the end pursued a path she chose.

I'll miss her always!!

Nancy was one of the nicest people I have ever known. When I think of her I can see that big smile and always a positive attitude. The Good Lord has a special place up there for people like her.
